While Kate Middleton has a relaxed and elegant style, Kate Moss is someone who is singularly responsible for the everlasting appeal of skinny jeans. But that does not mean she forgoes elegance in any way. What we at YST love about her style is her ability to take seemingly unmatching pieces and still pull a wholesome look with the combined pieces. Whether it is matching a balzer with an animal print dress or wearing a waistcoat with shorts, her skills in this area are par excellence and that for us is the sceret of her everlasting appeal.  ...

Following up on the new feature of Style Statement that we started recently, here is the second edition to that feature. Now, we'll start with Individual Styles and the first person whose style we want to discuss is Kate Middleton. Kate Middleton...now Princess Katherine of Cambridge. Her style of dressing is essentially her own. For a lot of fashion people....its a little too bland but then all those critics forget that most of us have normal lives which involves running errands that you can't in SATC type heels. Kate was the prefect start, now lets move on to a few other people who have style that is worth talking of ( according to us at YST.)...keep tuned in to know who they are and what we can learn from their Style....

Everyone has a style statement.What's yours? And more importantly, are you proud of the style statement that you make....how do you choose from the plethora of all the different stuff that you see and how do you choose and personalize something so that it becomes a part of your style rather than looking like something that you just slapped on at the last minute. Now, we don't believe in putting a tag or categorising people based on their style ....like Boho, Classic....etc.... That never made sense to us.
