As we get ready to welcome 2010, we at yourstylentrend.com think it is imperative to take into consideration the makeup trends that will be ushered in with the New Year so that we are never out of style.
We do a quick trend check of the 2010 Makeup Trends, Read the complete Makeup Trends 2010 article in the Trends Makeup Section of our site yourstylentrend.com.
2010 gives us a lot of options when it comes to make up, from a very Natural Look to very colorful makeup; both the looks are going to be equally popular. That is to say that if Pale Skin is going to be popular at one end then shades of green, blue, hot pink, yellow and purple is also going to be equally popular.
EYES: Smokey Eye still remains very popular.Thick black and brown eyebrows are a definite make-up trend for 2010.
LIPS: Here also we have a lot of options, from Peach Lips with minimal make-up to Very Light Purple. Red Lips are still popular for evenings
HAIR: The trend for next year would mostly be natural soft color and short hair cut with a bit of length behind. As for long hair, the style would be a three-layer haircut.

We leave you with some tips for makeup in winters:
- Dry Skin is a fact of winters and we all learn to deal with it in our own way. But dry skin plays havoc with make-up and we have to learn to deal with it also. To avoid the telltale flakes after the application of foundation be sure to keep your skin moisturized. Follow a regular routine: moisturize daily and exfoliate a couple times a week.
- You can also add a bit of lotion to your liquid foundation to get a smooth finish.
- Drink Lots of water as it helps in maintaining skin hydration, all said this is best way to a healthy-looking and glowing skin always.

Just a few days ago a lot of people were writing off Madonna as she was dropped by Louis Vuitton in favour of the younger supermodel Lara Stone. Well, its not too easy to write off a person like Madonna, rumors of her apprearing in the Dolce and Gabbana ad campaign are now confirmed to be true.
Not only this, we also have pictures of her starring in the new campaign. Worldwide preview of the new campaign will be featured in the Italian Edition of Vanity Fair.
We at yourstylentrend.com love the first look of the campaign and especially the black and white touch given to the entire shoot by Steven Klein and as for Madonna – we think that the whole look that has been given to her is very refreshing and as different from her previous Louis Vuitton look as can be.
