Sabyasachi will soon make his directorial debut and word has it that close friend Vidya Balan will star in the film. Vidya Balan also inaugrated Sabyasachi’s flagship store in Delhi recently.

Here is what the designer said about Vidya Balan in a recent interview : “Vidya is a naturally beautiful girl. I’ve often said that she looks much nicer off screen than she looks on screen so in Paa I have just reversed the process by making her look the way she is and not trying too hard to give her an identity because she is an Indian girl, she looks best in Indian clothes.”

Well looking forward to the picture and the look that Sabyasachi gives Vidya in the movie…

Now coming to what we really think of the campaign, well..we have never seen two gorgeous ladies look so undesirable, and we hate the fake tan that has been used for the campaign. As much as we would like to notice the clothes also, we cannot neglect the women wearing them…hopefully we’ll see better campaigns from the brand soon…

It is different from those jewellery campaigns where a woman is decked up head to toe in Jewellery with some clothes thrown here or there… or where we have a celebrity endorsing a jewellery brand…not that we have anything against those ads but one does get tired of watching those campaigns.
