Kate Moss and Harper’s Bazaar pay tribute to the late Alexander McQueen..Kate wears the ruffled organza dress, the one that she wore while an image of her was projected for catwalk watchers in 2006 Alexander McQueen Show, for Bazaar’s April 2011 cover.

Kate Moss says on Alexander McQueen ………….“He gave women power, while letting them be fragile and vulnerable at the same time. People always used to say he was a misogynist, but it took me a while to realise that he was actually empowering women and not the other way around.”

Check out one of the weirdest ad campaigns that we have seen…this campaign is for the Eye-wear range by Alexander McQueen, and we will leave our viewers to judge the campaign….do let us know what you think of it.

With all due respects to the late designer we would request our viewers to keep in mind that the designer committed suicide in the recent past and not make any negative comments.

Sarah Burton has been appointed as the new creative director of Alexander McQueen.
She succeeds the label’s founder, who committed suicide in February. Burton was McQueen’s right-hand woman and has been head of design for womenswear since 2000.
She also completed McQueen’s fall 2010 collection after the designer’s death just weeks before the show.
We at yourstylentrend.com wish her all the luck.
