The campaign though good certainly lacks that Tom Ford quality which we have come to expect from Tom Ford…..but with Tom Ford, you never really know.

As for the campaign , you can see for yourself but we’ll say that much that we would love to see more of Tom Ford’s fab collection.

It has been confirmed that Lara Stone will be the face of Calvin Klein Campaigns, she will exclusively endorse Calvin Klein for the Fall 2010 Season and will be the face of three brands of Calvin Klein – Calvin Klein Collection, ck Calvin Klein and Calvin Klein Jeans.

This is the first time in years that the label has chosen one face for all three brands.

Lara Stone lying with doves flying around …well , we like the campaign but don’t exactly love it, in anycase love the bags shown in the campaign…..well what do you think ?

The short film directed by Karl Lagerfeld features model of the moment Lara Stone and Chanel’s male muse Baptiste Giabiconi.

The Web reviews of the movie are not so good -  “shows so much promise but fails to deliver on every level. The idea is there (well, sort of), but the execution is terrible: bad music choice, bad acting, bad cameraman… ” etc…

Lara Stone has replaced Madonna as the face of Louis Vuitton.

Speaking of the 25-year-old beauty, Louis Vuitton’s communications director Antoine Arnault said “After two seasons with such a huge star as Madonna, Marc Jacobs, the artistic director, decided to take a breather and work with a model – and not just any model. It’s the choice of a new supermodel.”

Marc claimed Madonna had been replaced for the new Spring 2010 collection because he was after a completely different “New Age Traveller” look which is much softer to the image the ‘Celebration’ singer had created.

The designer also welcomed a seductive 70s feel to the new line and said he thought it was more aesthetically pleasing, as well as comforting.

He said: “The collection loosely took its cues from the idea of the New Age traveller; we decided to create a green, outdoorsy set that would evoke a spirit of peace and love.

“To model the clothes, we wanted a modern, iconic, sexy beauty… it had to be Lara Stone.”
